Worst insurance company! Avoid unless you like to throw away your money. During one year, my wife and I went three times to doctors listed on their network, how much did they pay at the end? $0. You'll receive template emails whenever you ask the status of your claims. They only respond by phone, and every time this ask for one document, then you should wait one month and call again, then they ask for another document.

Seven Corners Insurance is a joke. When you need to file a claim, they request endless documents, many reports from doctors and once you send all those documents they ask for 30 weekdays to analyze, after your wasted time, they send a letter requesting more documents and more documents, after 90 days they just send you a DENIAL letter and you do not receive a penny from them. Don't waste your time with this company, they are scumbags!!!

Very poor customer service. I submitted a travel claim in July and still have yet to hear back or receive my reimbursement. Whenever I call to speak to a representative, I get told that they are experiencing high call volumes and so they will only accept my call if it is regarding an emergency. When I send emails, I don't hear back until days later and I get told to wait another 10 business days. It is just such bad customer service; I don't know how this place has so many positive reviews. It feels like I am never able to get through to speak to a representative and I shouldn't be waiting 2 months to get reimbursement on a travel claim (the website states claims are resolved in 30-40 days....this is clearly not true).

I'm a medical biller for a hospital & had to Google this insurance company to find the phone # to reach customer service/provider services. When I did, I just glanced at some of the reviews, many not flattering. But, I just wanted to say I had no issue when I called in. There was no hold time & the rep Brad who answered was very helpful, calm & sounded very patient & he faxed me the EOB requested right away. I hope this review works in lieu of an after-call survey for him.

Decided bite the bullet and pay out of pocket for the services I received after calling SevenCorners an innumerable number of times to find out why my claim wasn’t getting processed. None of the agents you speak to have answers, they just direct you to call your doctor or provider who, of course, just tell you to call SevenCorners. Don’t bother paying for a SevenCorners insurance policy, since you’ll pay for everything out of pocket anyway.

Though no fault of ours we missed our connecting flight. I immediately called Seven Corners to ask for help and a very, very pleasant voice calmed me down and helped us beyond belief! I had complete instructions for filing a claim via voice and email within seconds! WOW! When we returned home I immediately filed my claim via email that was so convenient!and received payment without questions! Thany You!!

I have bought Liason Travel Choice twice and have had a good experience. I f you are traveling to US their card can be printed and shows the services of United Healthcare. This is the best if you are traveling to the US.

I am very lazy in giving a review on something unless I am super impressive. I purchased seven corners insurance for my in-laws visiting USA. When my father-in-law was admitted in hospital, the hospital management looked at the seven corners insurance and they said it was the best insurance plan we took. What they said is right and 100% correct. The claim process was such a simple and we did not have to involve anywhere. The claim process was direct between hospital and the insurance and we had to pay a final bill to hospital that was not covered. It was such an amazing experience with these people and really cant thank enough and I referred my friends to purchase the same insurance for their families visiting USA

Had a phone interview scheduled with Michelle Decker for Wednesday, August 14th at 1:00. Received an email on that day at 12:56, saying her prior meeting had ran over and could we reschedule. She sent me the times she would be available. I sent back that I would be available Thursday, August 15th at 11:30. I never received a call. So I called her office and the receptionist told me she tried to call and no one answered. Not true, I was sitting by my phone waiting for her call. If she called, why not leave a voice mail or send me an email. Got neither. Very unprofessional! Sales Ninja
