After receiving a cold call from this company, I made a mistake in letting the account executive analyze our current cc processor's statement. 1st mistake. They do not take no for an answer, and while I appreciate that they want our business - stalking and harassing is not what I had in mind. Today, after telling the account executive - Michael Baum - no, again, he became angry, belligerent and ended up hanging up on me. Nasty all around, would NEVER consider doing business with this company. Ever.
