USE SERVE FIRST SOLUTIONS! This is my THIRD time coming back to this company. I won't be switching for "better rates" ever again! I own a pawnshop and shop around for best prices for a living, so when I am approached by other processing companies that promise to save me money, I let them analyze my statements, and of course, they claim to save me tons of money. So I switch, and that is never the case. While the other companies promise better rates, they tack on other fees that actually increase my bill significantly. The last switch I made was to Central Payment. They promised me a way lower bill, and my bill actually increased by more than 25%! Not to mention, there had been several times where my batch didn't settle because of something on their end. So I didn't get my funds until days later! THEY KEPT MY MONEY DUE TO AN ERROR ON THEIR PART! That is when I decided to call Robert at Serve First, and of course he reminded me that this was my third time switching back lol. I will not be trying out anyone else ever. Serve First has been the cheapest rates I could find, the least hassle to get set up, great customer service, and I have received all funds next day flawlessly with not troubles ever.

Because they really work for you to get best rates, they don't just sell u and say goodbye. They have a your family attitude and good follow up. The company itself gives back to society in several ways. Ethical business practices.

Cold calls our company all the time. If they were a real business they would understand cold calling just makes them seem greedy and sketchy- there are better ways to do business.

Robert Walsh & Serve First Solution are the best I love this company, I switched our company over to there service about a year ago and love it. The pricing is the best, the customer service is the best! I can contact Robert at any time and he will make sure whatever I need is taken care of no matter a small the matter. I suggest trying Serve First Solutions to any company. Thank you Robert!!

After receiving a cold call from this company, I made a mistake in letting the account executive analyze our current cc processor's statement. 1st mistake. They do not take no for an answer, and while I appreciate that they want our business - stalking and harassing is not what I had in mind. Today, after telling the account executive - Michael Baum - no, again, he became angry, belligerent and ended up hanging up on me. Nasty all around, would NEVER consider doing business with this company. Ever.

Co-Workers are great. Sales Manger Joynell Rice is the kind of person that enjoys being the boss too much. She's two face for the most part. If you make money she loves you ; if you don't she doesn't care for you.

If you want a credit card processing company that gets you the lowest rates and has extremely responsive and professional customer service then you have found the right company with Serve First. I have used them as merchant processors for my companies for over five years and have had a tremendously great experience. No one can beat their rates. When I have questions, I get thoughtful answers. When issues come up, they are there with solutions.

Cold calls companies to offer services. We get about 50 calls a month from different merchant service companies, this being one of them. Apparently they don't know what the word "not interested" means. Interesting how the 5 star reviews were done all in the same time, and some are employees. If you look at some of the accounts, the Serve First Solutions review was the only one they did.

I have worked with multiple companies in the merchant process industry, and been let down by every single one until crossing paths with the team at Serve First. As a small business it is often difficult to get the attention from vendors, but that changed when we started working with Serve First. With other companies we would have to wait until an issue came up, and then spend days tracking down the team for help. Matthew Greco and his team proactively checks in with us to make sure things are running smooth, which means we have finally found a true partner when it comes to payment processing. I would recommend and refer Serve First to any of my clients at the go to partner in the space.
