Feedback:

Just sent a western union transfer using POLI payments as a payment method, went through like magic and commission was so much lower rather than using credit card.

Feedback:

Great office

Feedback:

Great place to work, great work culture

Feedback:

SecurePay is part of Australia Post . Securepay's main office is in Melbourne .Technical teams and Customer Support all operate from Melbourne office . Great team , Nice people .

Feedback:

If you are a merchant, don't ever consider using Securepay. Their handling of chargebacks is non-existent. They handle chargebacks by taking the money directly from your account without even telling you. And then trying to get someone is half the nightmare.

Feedback:

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was let down by another company in the payment gateway space ( Eway) and I needed a solution from a reputable company and fast. The banks were too expensive with their cost structures for internet payments and Securepay activated me in record time and had great support during the process. I am taking payments within approx. 5 business days from my application, and I am no way affiliated with the company, nor do I know anyone in there. I have never seen such a committment from a company to please their customers, and respond to customers needs. Good Job Securepay, I like what you are doing for Australian Small Business.

Feedback:

Have to fill out an "mandatory" survey before the account is activated. Its friday now, called them up, told I have to wait till monday to get a glitch on their site fixed. Agree with the other review, their support staff was useless when I just called them up. Apperantly I will be talking to different people on Monday.Secure pay is only worth it if you have less than 1000 transactions, more than that you are better of at a bank.

Feedback:

Have to say their support team really aren't adequately trained. You can tell that they are using words that they really don't understand the meaning of.

Feedback:

These guys are useless, they set up a gateway for a client and for 4 months had all their money going to another companies bank account. Even when we called them about it and told them there was something going on their customer service didn't investigate until another call demanding it be looked at further.

Feedback:

We signed up for payment gateways for two companies with SecurePay in September 2015. It is now February 2016 and they are yet to connect our NAB accounts to the gateway. Quite frankly we have seen a lot of incompetence before, but this company completely takes the cake. They do not provide after hours service. In fact they provide no service whatsoever. We have been trying now for weeks to resolve an issue, but no luck. Today we put the matter in the hands of the Financial Service Ombudsman. SecurePay have all the funds from our online transactions, but will not release them in to our NAB account, instead blaming the NAB. Of course, the NAB blames SecurePay. Bottom line is, our small business suffers because we do not have the revenue from our online sales. The level of customer service has been below appealing. Ignoring all our contact is not really a sensible option!
