I’m not sure which branch location to pick. No one ever takes the time to write the good reviews and I wanted to. I’m not a member-yet. I’ve called and spoken to the member services department a few times, probably 5, in the last two weeks and have spoken to several people- all very friendly and patient with me. I was honest and they were aware we are shopping around for banks and have been happy to answer my questions. We’re new to the area so I’m calling all over looking for the best places to change our car to. Yesterday I called and spoke to one young lady, Stephanie, who I later found out was the manager. I told her I’d been calling a lot and had more questions, this time it was about the website and what we can do from there. She was very helpful, answered all my questions and even gave me her direct line so I could call if I needed to. I didn’t know she was the manager at this time but then I thought I wanted to tell the manager about her and all the others who had been so kind to me. She then told me she was the manager and was happy to hear that I was so pleased. I was honestly surprised I was on the phone with her. So many places these days managers don’t care what’s going on and here she is answering my questions. She thanked me for letting her know about her staff and reminded me I could call her at any time. We’re still moving in but I like the help I’ve gotten so far, I think we'll be applying for a loan soon.
