Feedback:

I put money in. I get money out. I have taken out a loan. I have paid off a loan. I do my job and they do theirs. Pretty much they do all you can expect them to. Unrealistic expectations typically yield disappointment. I am a satisfied customer and have been for over 20 years.

I would never visit this location again its awful. Ever time I visit this location I get the same teller and she is horrible. She makes no eye contact, no greeting, very unprofessional and unpleasant. I withdrew a large sum of money out of my checking account and she had a very difficult time counting back the money to me. I stood there while she counted the money back several times. Most people count the larger bills first. She started off counting the smaller bills first and got confused. I had to recount the money behind her. This credit union needs a money counting machine. Another time I visit this location I got the same teller. While doing my transaction she was so deep into conversation with the teller on the side of her and that teller member. She wasn't paying attention and handed me my receipt and said here is your driver license back.I live 5 minutes from this location but I'm willing to drive 15 minutes to the 12th street location. I always receive top notch superior customer service there. The tellers are very efficient, professional, and polite. The vibe and atmosphere is a lot different than the Lexington location and I get a friendly greeting every time I walk in the door.

Would not recommend. If you get paid on Friday’s, don’t have direct deposit, and don’t have any way to make it to the bank before 5PM, you won’t get paid until Monday when the lazy company decides to work. I’ll be opening an account elsewhere so I can get paid on time.

Dear SAFE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, Your employees were extraordinarily rude over closing an account that is inactive and have charged me five dollars a month for it. Even closing the account now they have already taken another five dollars for inactivity and the month has not yet ended. If you're planning on keeping your money in a safe place AKA a bank don't use SAFE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION because they will take your money. Just look at other banks and their policies on inactivity they are not going to charge you. Even if they do it is very little. So thanks but no thanks.sincerely, pissed off customer.
