I’m hoping everyone that works there have a love one that something bad happen to them.. cause it’s not right what they doing to people.i will spend all my time and money that I can to tell everyone on social media how terrible that company is... the more you pay down the more the balance goes up!

I spent 4 years as a loyal paying customer, even through the high interest rate, and the aggressive calls. I took a pay cut at a new job and still continued to communicate with them openly and pay off my auto loan every month. Finally paid off the car and made my last payment in May of this year and they refuse to report on my last payment and close out my loan as paid on my credit report. I was assured the first time I called that it would be done soon. Now almost two months later they won’t admit that they still haven’t reported on my last payment. Hell they won’t even take the time to check their records to see if it was done or not. Their solution is for me to dispute the remaining balance with equifax. Their rational is that it will be resolved faster this way. I’m not understanding how you fixing an issue is harder than me having to dispute my account balance and wait months for a resolution when they are going to contact you the same way I did for information. That’s just plain laziness and unprofessionalism on their part. One of the managers Eric didn’t even want to speak with me and offered no real solution or apology for the situation. Basically it’s on me to get it fixed. That’s how they treat customers who have honored their loans in full. After they’re done with you I guess they no longer care. Be warned. I will contact the news station or seek legal advice to help resolve this issue. What ever is necessary.

Pulled my boyfriends credit and they knew they wouldn't finance any thing older than 2007 when it was a 2001 Harley! They knew and they did anyway! Run away! AND said that the report was good enough to secure a loan for at least a 2007 for a week in order to rope him in to a larger loan . Shady! Bait and switch!

I had my car 3 years and there are very pressed when it comes to money no matter if they know that they're going to get it I never missed a payment but they hassled me almost every month

I wish I would of never got my car from here. I was affected by the government shutdown and I told them there was a issue with my check and I could not make a payment until Feb 22nd. I spoke with the manager Erick and he told me that since I’m late 10 days late they have to disable my car and another employee told me “ this is not our issue, that’s your problem”. Usually if a payment is late they add on a late fee and still accept the payment but now they will disable your car with no remosre. DO NOT COME HERE. I’m going to see if I can handle this legally because they should of been able to work with me due to the shutdown!!

Only reason for a 1 star is because they were the only company that approved us. They aren’t friendly or considerate to there customer in time of need. Rates are extremely high! Most company gives you a chance to pay even if you go past due one month. This company threatens to turn your car off after a few days of non payment. The customer service sucks. We have to ask for a recipe with each payment. I wouldn’t recommend.

As a leinholder they don’t want to release funds to you unless they take your car and molest it with their gps. Majority of finance companies need car information and that’s it. Just a really bad experience is all.
