Horrible. I set up autopay when I purchased a vehicle set up at closing. A month later I got a notification my account was late. I called the bank and found out the bank setup my autopay incorrectly. I gave the correct account number and told it was taken care of. A few weeks later another notice. That person again entered the wrong account. Finally the third time the problem was resolved and my account current. Two months later I received a notification that my credit score dropped significantly. Guess what? RCU filed a 30 days late. I'm not sure what caliber of work ethic it takes to be employed by RCU, I can only assume it's very low. Do not open an account with them. Worst banking experience ever.
