Everything is fine when you first call. Courteous and such. The issues come everything after that. I was dealing with a Mallory Morales and I had to call back numerous times to even find out if I was approved or not. No call back even after I was approved. I was going to let that slide because of the good interest rate BUT I decided to go with a higher interest rate company and never deal with this company EVER AGAIN. Here is why; I have a speech impediment and I stutter and say "umm a lot" when I talk. Not a big deal to me or anyone else really except this time. The last phone call I made to this place I was talking and was clearly placed on speaker phone for a brief moment where I heard in the background some others mocking me stutter and say umm a lot. Yea, that is pretty childish and rude. I can see why this place has a low rating and the trailer place I went with won't do business with Rock Solid. Maybe some new staff would help...
