Tried to screw me over my first email said I was approved for up to 2500 then once my sales guy sends them a signed fax of the title like they wanted they told him it had to be more then 2500 so they told him and sent him an email of that stated that he could add a whole bunch of add-ons to make it $1800 then Rock solid would add $700 in useless insurance to “take more of my money and screw me over” that’s word for word what she said

Not even a lender. They act as a third party to collect fees and interest. They cost me two nice boats because they were so slow getting things done. And the last unit they changed the terms because they said the year model changed(same year model boat). Would not recommend these people if you're looking a fair deal. If you're desperate they're okay. But I am not desperate and my local bank did my loan in a third of the time, half the rate and terms to fit my budget. If I could give them zero stars I would since they required me to have the unit insured to process the loan and they took so long the boat was sold. So I lost my money for that on top of losing the boat.

Everything is fine when you first call. Courteous and such. The issues come everything after that. I was dealing with a Mallory Morales and I had to call back numerous times to even find out if I was approved or not. No call back even after I was approved. I was going to let that slide because of the good interest rate BUT I decided to go with a higher interest rate company and never deal with this company EVER AGAIN. Here is why; I have a speech impediment and I stutter and say "umm a lot" when I talk. Not a big deal to me or anyone else really except this time. The last phone call I made to this place I was talking and was clearly placed on speaker phone for a brief moment where I heard in the background some others mocking me stutter and say umm a lot. Yea, that is pretty childish and rude. I can see why this place has a low rating and the trailer place I went with won't do business with Rock Solid. Maybe some new staff would help...

I wish i would have read reviews on Rock Solid before applying for a loan with them ! They pulled my credit which is over 600 for a 3k loan and denied because debt to income ratio. When I called they stated my monthly income was was mistaken for yearly..."Really ?" After so called submitting my app again, then melissa emails me and says I was denied for having delinquent payments. I screens hot a picture of my perfect 100% payments made on time and no response !!

I applied for a loan through Rock Solid Funding. Sent all my personal and business information including tax and bank information, and they never even had the courtesy to call and let me know if they could help me out with a loan or not. I called MANY times and was told every time they were working on it and would get back with me. No one EVER got back with me with an answer. I was told I would be called back many times which was a lie. I also never got any response via email ever. Very unprofessional!!! Do not recommend!
