Feedback:

Rough looking people coming into this bank. People parking in handicap spots, who are not handicap. I never made it inside, cause what I saw on the outside scared me enough to leave

I'm about to switch banks real soon. My card expires on the 31st of this month. I called them on the 31st of july cause i moved and i told them my new address instead of them sending my new card to my new address they send it to my old address. They will never admit they messed up and they had more than enough to update my information so i can get my new card sent to my new address

Everytime I visit one of the institutions im never greeted with pleasing news always something going wrong. Literally deposited my check as directed by the front desk and now i cant access my funds ! This is beyond crazy I have been with robins for years and still dont understand why i havent switched yet . FINDING A NEW BANK ASAP

My rating is for the actual representative, Paula Glenn, who helped me set up a VA fiduciary account. Paula didn't just open the account for me; she took the extra time to set up mobile access to all of my accounts, and automate a monthly transfer between two accounts. I appreciate her going above and beyond to help me simplify the management of all of my accounts. Paula's attention to detail and excellent customer service makes her a true asset to the Credit Union!

Whoever the lady was that was sitting at the front desk in front of the doors is very rude. The older couple didn’t understand what was going on and she had a very bad attitude.

This bank operates in the 1950s and their online banking needs some serious upgrading. They should focus on the online banking before building more branches. There is literally no benefit in having my money there.

One of the worst finance institutes in middle GA. Joc is unprofessional and a horrible listener. Go to SunTrust.

This institution offers everything any other bank uses. Fraud prevention on the other hand is a joke. They will shut your card off without contacting you first. I called ahead of time to make a purchase online that had been delivered in the past in order to prevent my card from being shut off. Only to go on a lunch break and my card declines. Not only is my break not long but didn't have time to get food and sat in hold waiting for someone to do their and answer a phone. 30 minutes into the call and still on hold with no access to my money. Thank you Robin's federal.
