Unable to cancel services. Customer since 2013. my business was acquired in 2018 and have had no luck cancelling services. its now 2019. they said i had a contract. i asked about early termination. they said there is a Fee. i said OK. they said "my colleague will email you final amount and further instructions." NO email. Called later same story. Called again a few months later. same story. called again. same story- the email has info... no email received. somehow they can send the statements.
