Terrible customer service. Absolutely no help. Ipad will not update. No swivel screen for customers to sign. The back of house is fairly easy to use, but customer service is absolutely the worst I have seen in years.Sales person quit at the end of our transaction and my sale was lost in the shuffle, I received the wrong credit card swipe. I have been trying to see the best of the situation, but unfortunately I do not see it turning around.
