Client Review on Regional Acceptance

Horrible customer service. They debited a payment by accident and I had to call several times to get this resolved, which 4 days later it hasn't. Talked to a Mr. Howard in Arlington Tx, ext. 1209, who I let know I was recording the call because Regional acc. had said they would reverse any charges I occurred on my checking account, but would not give that to me in writing. Mr. Howard announced to me that I was not allowed to record any phone calls, that they didn't give me permission, and hung up. DO NOT use this company. They will take your money. I am now looking to refinance my vehicle with another company.
