Placed a charge off on my credit after they failed to provide me, the co signer, with a Explanation of Calculation of Deficiency and a Notice of Plan to sell the property at auction. They had the primary applicants address listed as mine and no sort of contact information for me on their RAC account portal. They sent the information for me via certified mail to the primary applicants address instead of mine. Now I have a charge off because they failed to give me the opportunity to either buy the vehicle back or information where I could go to the public auction to buy it back. Reported them to BBB and CFPB since they violated a Georgia regulation.

Horrible customer service. They debited a payment by accident and I had to call several times to get this resolved, which 4 days later it hasn't. Talked to a Mr. Howard in Arlington Tx, ext. 1209, who I let know I was recording the call because Regional acc. had said they would reverse any charges I occurred on my checking account, but would not give that to me in writing. Mr. Howard announced to me that I was not allowed to record any phone calls, that they didn't give me permission, and hung up. DO NOT use this company. They will take your money. I am now looking to refinance my vehicle with another company.

The branch in Raleigh was horrible and the rudest, I called the branch in Greenville and Mr. Bra Cox is amazing. He was so informative and helpful. I was not just another person to take advantage of during hard times. He seemed genuinely concerned with me resolving my issue and being able to KEEP the car. There should be more Brad's with this company.
