If I could give them nothing I would. They removed money out of one of my accounts and it went into a negative position with my bank. I did NOT authorize this. They basically do what they want with your money. I closed the account on my "end of contract year" and they now want to charge me $2300.00 because I canceled with them. Imagine I did something LEGAL with them..........I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. You can do better. Bads new for retailers.

We have switched credit card companies a number of times in 15 years of business and this was a good switch for us. When we signed on with Redstone quite a few years ago we were doing enough volume that they set us up on interchange plus. I have been very happy with the rates we get through them. Sometimes (maybe once a year) if our rates seem to be creeping up too much I ask for a rate review which can help drop your cost a bit. They have always been prompt on giving me help if there is a problem or question on my account. Recently I received help getting a new payment gateway set up for our website Alisha was very helpful getting it working.I see several reviews of huge cancellation fees and that would annoy me too but I don't plan on switching as long as I get good rates and service.

Sadly, I wish I could give 0 stars to be honest.. Redstone offered great rates but I guess you get what you pay for. I have nothing positive to say about this company. I was lied too and always being charged for the fees they said I would not be charged for. Never delivered their promises. Took forever to refund me my money and only did when I reminded them multiple times. They would always say “I’m working on it” but never saw anything change for days and only saw changes when I nagged and asked multiple times where my refund was or whatever it may have been they told me I was getting. I stopped working with them in January and have been charged multiple times for fees that I obviously should not be being charged for as I ended working with them. I had to go to my bank and get them blocked from taking more of my money. Mike, who was my go-to guy and would 'take care' of my questions(but really hardly ever did until about the 5th time I asked) has stopped helping me and just sends me a number to talk to customer service and says someone will call me and has been saying that for days now and still, I have never gotten a call. Beginning to think that this person who is suppose to call me isn't real. When I took it into my own hands, I called customer service and they said I was at the wrong part of Redstone and they redirected me and when I was redirected, it took me to the same place where I was before... Never been so unhappy with a company in my whole life and I am not hard to please.

I did business with Redstone Pmt solution for four years. For the most part they lived up to their original contract. Ultimately there were some monthly hidden fees that began to surface and customer service always had a reason for it. They were still better than the company I had been processing through previously. However, when closing my account out that is a different story. Just make sure your contract is up and that you give 30 to 60 day notice in writing; record everything that is discussed over the phone because they will try and rip you off in the end. I was told they would waive my last month fee because I used the credit card processing one day longer than my cancellation. It was a big fat lie, they did not waive it I was charged. Just BEWARE!! and cover all your bases when you close your account out with this company.

Don't do it! Just as a reviewer said earlier, you're locked into a years long contract that auto-renews every year. All along they're raising rates. And when you try to call them, you're stuck into some phone menu loop forever until you hit "sales" then somebody picks up.

It's not easy to find companies with the combination of superior service, fair prices and high integrity in today's business world. But Redstone Payment Solutions and Redstone Funding is a company that has all three. I've known them for years, and nothing has changed, they still maintain one of the highest customer satisfaction levels of any business. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
