I've been banking with redstone for over 10 years and they've always been pleasant and helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Never ever ever count on these people for debit cards. Truly below par service. It’s iffy whether or not, after a month I’ll have a new debit card...which sucks because I used my debit card to get paid through Uber. DO NOT COUNT ON REDSTONE, they’ll send it to the wrong address.

They are rude and unprofessional hate going to this branch will not go back there. I will rather drive to Madison county line they are much pleasant there

The guys at the Wynn Dr branch are super competent, friendly, and efficient. RFCU is good enough as it is, but the staff at this branch are what really brings it up to a 10. If you've had a bad experience with the one on Mills Rd, come visit these guys. It's worth the drive.

Not helpful and extremely unorganized. I'm so tired of having dealings with this credit union and employees giving me false information because they do not know the correct answer. I either get false information or told to call back at another date because the only person capable of answering my questions isn't in at this time. A 1% interest rate difference isn't worth this b.s.

Great bank and great people. I just don't understand why if the bank says that funds are available on a date that it is not available at 12:01am of that date. Why are the clocks at the bank off by 2 to 3 hours in the am.

I have banked with RFCU for years and have been very happy up until here lately. I noticed check maintenance fees in the amount of $8/month. The fees can be waived with a direct deposit (the only deposit for me to do is my paycheck which would cost me $10/month so that option's out). The other way for the fees to be waived is by using 4 debit card transactions/month (don't want to use a debit card and will not be forced into using one). I talked with a supervisor because I figure they want my business and will provide some other option. No can do. The supervisor told me that all banks now have check maintenance fees. A very cursory exploration of other options reveals that is not true: some banks waive any fees with a minimum monthly balance (a balance which I can easily do), some have basic checking accounts which have no fees but limited services (RFCU offered me no such option), and some of the checking accounts that have no fees also pay interest which my Redstone checking account did not. Plus, there are many online banks that have no check maintenance fees. You're wrong RFCU: there are many others doing banking better than you.
