The representative I spoke with (Elton Hernandez) was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & truthful. After many questions, ranging from equipment, supplies, warranties, fees, rates, special programs, etc…. I decided to go with Redfynn and have been very happy with the decision. Redfynn got us into new compliant equipment and a very cost effective fee schedule. They also fund our transactions quickly. I continue to monitor costs with Elton’s help. I also consider other possible Redfynn program options, to be as cost efficient as possible. The support staff has been very helpful and quick to respond, when I call them as well. Typically, they pick-up within 15 seconds to a minute or less. I feel very comfortable in recommending RedFynn to anyone looking for a solid, cost-effective, quick and reliable credit card processor.
