I haven't been a customer for long, but I have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years and used may processors etc along the way. My experience with RedFynn has been nothing but positive. My rep Jackie M. went above and beyond to help our company get the our POS and processing in place. When things were delayed on the POS side, she advocated for us and was able to help expedite the process of getting up and running quickly. I highly recommend RedFynn and if you're lucky enough to get Jackie as your rep - you're golden.😃

I felt I needed to review this company. As I have been very satisfied with RedFynn for the past 3 1/2 years. The best part is when you pick up the phone to call for help for any reason you get a HUMAN, that is very informed and helpful. Jackie Mercurio and the rest of the staff at RedFynn have been a breath of fresh air in an industry that is usually lacking personal service. When I heard that Redfynn could cut my credit card rates by $400 a month I thought it was too good to be true. It wasn't! Trent Allen was awesome to work with and true to his word we are saving substantial money every month. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trent and this company to anyone.

As our credit card fees kept climbing with our previous processing company, I began to research other options which led me to Redfynn. The representative I spoke with (Elton Hernandez) was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & truthful. After many questions, ranging from equipment, supplies, warranties, fees, rates, special programs, etc…. I decided to go with Redfynn and have been very happy with the decision. Redfynn got us into new compliant equipment and a very cost effective fee schedule. They also fund our transactions quickly. I continue to monitor costs with Elton’s help. I also consider other possible Redfynn program options, to be as cost efficient as possible. The support staff has been very helpful and quick to respond, when I call them as well. Typically, they pick-up within 15 seconds to a minute or less. I feel very comfortable in recommending RedFynn to anyone looking for a solid, cost-effective, quick and reliable credit card processor.
