I’ve been a member of RRFCU since 1957. Yep, 61 years! There has never been an error in my account...never! I love all the RRCU preps. Thanks for taking care of me and my money all these years.

Feedback:

I had to open a savings account to obtain a mortgage loan. Both have same account number. The idiots would constantly deposit my mortgage payments into the savings. They would contact me informing me I was behind on my mortgage payments.

I have had the best banking experience EVER with Red River. I have always been greeted professionally and my question or concern have been resolved in most cast - in less than 24 hours.

Outstanding service. My loan officer Mrs. White really cares for you and your financial growth. I have learn a lot over the three plus years I have been with her at RRFCU. Thank U so much.

We had one loan for almost 3 years, and one loan for a year and a half. Never a late payment on the 3 year, and paid 12 months in advance on the year and a half. RRFCU is so incompetent that you can't make a year of payments at one time. If you pay (and have them stamp each month's ticket, so there is no way there should have been any confusion) 13 months worth of payments, they will send you letters saying to make a payment to "avoid additional interest" and act like you're stupid when you call and complain about their mess up. Then they will hit you with enough interest that you'll pay 4 payments that $0 goes towards the principal. Do yourself a favor and go to a mob boss for a loan before you consider dealing with these clowns.EDIT: The situation has already been resolved. We dropped you like a bad habit. RRFCU is the WORST bank I have ever had a loan with. It's not that complicated to calculate the interest the same as if we'd made 13 payments in 13 months. That's why we now have GM Financial at 0% interest on a newer better car, and another bank with a lower interest rate on the other vehicle. We're probably going to find somewhere to move our savings account that will actually send us statements, and let us know what kind of interest rate we actually have.

My spouse and I went into this branch to open a checking account. The second we went in and sat down at member services, we were informed they were closing in one minute and were told to go to The Center Mall. I have worked in customer service for many years and have always helped any customer that walks through the doors during business hours - Even if it's one minute before closing. To make things worse, when we got to The Center Mall, there were only two tellers and the one we went to did not know how to open a new checking account! What? We had to wait for :15 minutes in the other teller line to be helped. If I did not have a loan with this institution, I would have opted to find another financial institution that treats their customers as an asset and not an inconvenience if they show up one minute before closing.

Online services are down right dead deal and a headache. The old heads should hire a serious tech team to work out the problems! Millennials know it is a necessity to attract Green thinking future minded progressive people! And also to attract New & Young members.

I have use RRFCU for many years and had no problems. Ever since the new program I have something wrong with the login. I know my password, but it won't recongize it. I have to get a reset code and start over, but the next time I log in the same thing happens. I have called RRFCU for help but never get is resolved....seriously considering changing banks.
