Poor customer service and a shady bank! If you are charged in error by a merchant and you are set up to use courtesy pay....Beware, once the merchant has refunded you this bank RBFCU will not auto refund your $24 they will keep YOUR money and say it has to be either a bank or merchant error. No merchant in their right mind would admit to error and the bank wont refund the $24 even though no purchase was made, cause it was refunded, & technically it is a bank error because the courtesy pay shouldve been refunded so in other words you will continue to owe the $24 fee for a service or product you never received. This is something a Shady bank would do.... I would rate zero stars if i could.

AWESOME staff, and even though the line was long they made sure it stayed moving pretty steady. No attidude from the staff at all, extremely friendly with smiling faces. Glad I chose this bank.

Went in for a small loan. Make over 60k a year. Was denied due to charge offs on my credit. Which I dont deny. Suffered a bad motorcycle accident in 2016 which cost me 6 months of lost work and debt. What is the point of having direct deposit and working with a bank that refuses to work with you? Not personalized at all, did loan application talking to a person on a computer. This bank is seriously pathetic.
