Worst customer care banking services in UAE! They are not helpful at all and they refuse to assist the customers as initial word like "No". 😒😡Uneducated staff, poorest branch manager. Don't know deal with new or existing customers and always busy on phone. Don't understand English and those who understand can not help or guide. Don't know why RAKBANK hired reference not educated employee and they made worst customer service. Request to all user living in Dubai and UAE, Kindly don't use their services as they don't respect all and if you go second time bank they treat you like enemy and showing bad behavior. While hiring these type of employee the (RAK BANK) management are sleeping or they don't want business in future. Very disappointed.Every time Staff answer is only four words, like a child (we can't do any thing). After they will take their mobile and playing it.Finally, I strongly advice you to avoid coming here and stop using their services. Choose any bank in UAE execpt RAKBANK. They are very headstrong and they do their best to disappoint you and making you leave their branch without completing or achieving anything!
