Very disappointing experience and environment. Looked to finance a car through this branch that I was purchasing from a private seller that was Power of Attorney for their daughter who now lives in NYC. Branch wouldn't offer to let me meet the seller at a different branch to sign paperwork because they wouldn't get credit for the loan and then wouldn't accept the PoA to sign over the title. Called Suncoast and they were willing to let me do the paperwork at any location and accepted the PoA. Last time I even try to bother with Railroad. They care more about their location that the member.
