Very disappointing experience and environment. Looked to finance a car through this branch that I was purchasing from a private seller that was Power of Attorney for their daughter who now lives in NYC. Branch wouldn't offer to let me meet the seller at a different branch to sign paperwork because they wouldn't get credit for the loan and then wouldn't accept the PoA to sign over the title. Called Suncoast and they were willing to let me do the paperwork at any location and accepted the PoA. Last time I even try to bother with Railroad. They care more about their location that the member.

All the staff at the plant city branch are wonderful. I've been a member there 10 plus yrs and if it wasnt for them keeping there eye open out for me i'd make all kinds of mistakes. I gotta a call last night someone tried to use my card number ( fraud) they stopped the card immediately this is a great place to bank at and I love the Staff member's there so helpful and and I just thank the world of all of them or should i say I Love All all of them they take very good care of Uncle Doodle Lol thats me we've grown that close .

I always feel like I have friends when I walk into the Plant City branch. They remember you by name and they always speak. They are always willing to help and offer advice. Love them

Why are that not open on Saturday, only 9 till 12. I find myself here at 8 am. To a empty parking lot, the worst thing about this bank is probably the availability of service. Only during common hours will they be open. I drive from southern polk county to plant city to simply drop off a check. O and they are not open. Darn it. Otherwise they are OK. Don't try to get a mortgage loan, guy from Tampa was like man you hot god credit etc. And you will get the loan. The next thing I know is he can't get back to me, dropped me like a hot potato, lol but I do believe they are a growing bank with hopefully ideas to change some problems that plaque the customers. 30 more minutes!
