Great bank! I do co-op banking here through my other credit union, so quick and easy!

I had a bad day in Saturday -the 17 th at this bank - I went in to reopen a debt card on one account only to find when I left the bank - and my truck being towed on that day also from my sisters parking lot - And now was going to cost 168.00 to get the car back - only to find when I went to use my primary card to retrieve my car 🚗 they informed me they needed to take the card . I could not believe my ears at this point the bank had canceled the wrong account debt card - while I was there in person doing this transaction on An account that nothing to do with my primary account-nor had we ever had spoken off this account while there all I am saying is going forward maybe the bank should go over the transaction with the client before shaking their hand Good bye . While they where very nice to fix their mistake at once on Monday morning- the only catch to that is I had to wait all weekend to see what happened to my account- like it was stressful because there is no service or a human to speak with the bank on the weekend should something like that happen to someone else going forward Thank you

I've had an account for seven years, always great customer service. Just opened up a new savings account and Neena P. (member services rep) was 100% the most helpful!
