Client Review on Qualstar Credit Union - Redmond Branch

I've been banking with Qualstar for about 15 years, and while the employees are wonderful and helpful, it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to bank with them. I used to be able to speak to a person right away when calling them, and now I have to hold for several minutes before my call is answered. Today I had an emergency and needed to deposit cash on a Sunday, which has never been a problem before. This time when I went to the ATM to make a deposit, the doors were locked and there was a sign on the door directing me to a BECU down the street if I needed an ATM outside of business hours. Of course, I wasn't able to make a deposit at the BECU ATM. I'm in Seattle today so I will try one of the locations here, but it is not realistic for me to cross the bridge if I need to make a deposit when the branch is closed.
