Yet another small-town bank which, at the end of the day, just cannot provide the level of service that larger, better established banks can. My QNB seemed to get down perfectly the impersonal, inflexible, treat-me-like-a-number attitude that big banks seem to have. But, unlike big banks, their 24-Hour banking often isn't 24 hours--and if you need to talk to a real person about your bank account, and it's after 8ish, forget it. All I ever got was a phone-punch runaround and an opportunity to leave a voicemail for someone who would contact me in the morning. After three years of this, I'm done with Mayberry banks!
