Feedback:

HORRENDOUS customer service. Manager had worse skills than the employees. Have been banking with QNB for years and always stayed with them because of their personal service and kindness. Do not go to this branch.

This is the best bank ever. Your other big banks are not nice and can't offer what qnb does. They are so nice and loving. I have never had one problem like have at the other banks. I have switched all my accounts over to QNB now. If you want a good bank qnb is the way to go.

Yet another small-town bank which, at the end of the day, just cannot provide the level of service that larger, better established banks can. My QNB seemed to get down perfectly the impersonal, inflexible, treat-me-like-a-number attitude that big banks seem to have. But, unlike big banks, their 24-Hour banking often isn't 24 hours--and if you need to talk to a real person about your bank account, and it's after 8ish, forget it. All I ever got was a phone-punch runaround and an opportunity to leave a voicemail for someone who would contact me in the morning. After three years of this, I'm done with Mayberry banks!
