Waiting on hold for over 45 minutes to speak to a representative to fix a billing error they made is unacceptable. They need to hire more representatives if they can't handle call volume and there is no other way to contact them.

7/25/2018 EDIT: After responding to my review almost a month ago and stating someone would be contacting me, it never happened, Now this bank is holding up my money, because of my negative review, I have already found a new bank and will be closing my accounts with these rude inconsiderate people.Your company needs to focus on teaching its employees people skills. You have the rudest most unproffesional people who answer the phones when you call in, no one wants to assist you like you are bothering them for asking them to do their job. I called for information about a mortgage and a CD and was treated like a child, talked down to, if you call with a simple question you are given an attitude by everyone you speak to. I will be looking for another credit union, after 5 years with your bank, sadly, this is not how you treat people.Read your reviews there are tons of people saying the same thing, a little CUSTOMER SEVICE goes a long way.

Don't let their introductory rates and low interest rates hook you. If you ever run into financial issues and fall behind on a payment, they remove your online access to your accounts as if its a privilege to use online services. Both me and my wife are long time members (over 12 years each) and used to love their services, but over the last year or so they went from friendly, helpful and caring for their customers to full on ninja loan Nazis! I've personally gotten 14 members from my own family to faithfully bank solely with this institution despite the many inconveniences of not having any physical branches and so many hoops to jump through to join this circus. Let's say not a single one of them can agree the service they provide is worth the hassle. Such a shame to see such a great institution turned into a greedy inconsiderate corporation that my whole family's money helped build. What can you expect from a State Employee run organization. I guess we should have seen it coming.

Been in a bankruptcy for 4 years now I've airways been faithful with my payments to the best of my abilities. And now I can't even get information with out filling out a reinstatement letter. PSESU well never get my business again.
