Feedback:

I find it extremely disturbing that when you phone this branch they do not answer the phone during normal business hours. A simple question should not require multiple follow-ups.

THE ABSOLUTELY WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE!!!! You get 5 different answers from 5 different employees to your issue!!!

The absolute worst bank . They don't have a customer service person after 5 pm weekdays after 2 pm on Saturdays and no one on sundays. They will stop your card from working if they suspect fraud without calling you and you cannot call no one to tell them its you because the bank is closed. They refund no overdraft fees and charge you 10.00 to transfer your money. They ABSOLUTELY do not refund for fraud on your account.. INSANE

I have been a customer for 20 years.Recently the Montclair branch closed without notification. I had sent, via mail, a very large deposit. It took numerous calls to the service center and Nutley branch to attempt to track down my deposit. I received conflicting information. I eventually had to stop payment on checks. After one month, mail was returned to me.In the meantime, I continued to make deposits via mail. On four separate occasions, receipts were returned to me along with mailing envelopes for the MONTCLAIR branch. Despite my best efforts, the Branch Manager has not resolved this issue.

Those that work here are very polite and helpful whenever needed. Nice bank. Could use extra cleaning here and there compared to the other banks but overall never had a bad experience doing business with this bank.

I visited in the morning when the bank opened to get a new debit card printed and to get loan information. The woman who helped me was very helpful and most of all patient with all of my questions.

I have had a loan with this Credit Union for year’s still trying to get them to refinance And work with me since I was laid off from the job where I had the original loan . They don’t work with you and charge you to make the payment over the phone if you can’t make it online forget good customer service.

Now that, that's out the way, everyever banks different me to I dont use this bank for my everyday use, I use it to save and get my loan and I love what they give in savings and everyone here is the bestThink you
