Client Review on Principle Payments

Feedback:

We receive a minimum of 2 sales calls a day from this company. If you ask to be taken off the call list they will say ok and hang up. Try to explain this issue and ask for a supervisor and you are hung up on as well. This is borderline harassment as they've started contacting our emergency line as well as the owner's cell phone.They try and use a shady sales pitch "oh you qualify for a rate reduction with your merchant" despite them not having any connection or knowledge of the merchant we use.With the way they handle these issues I would never trust them to handle any of our payment processing and I'm really only writing this review in hopes somebody might contact me and agree to stop spamming us.
