Cancelled service after switching banks and installing a new POS system. Not even a month after cancellation, my sales associate gets a call from a representative threatening to send us to collections for the equipment and fees. The equipment was on its way and we never received a final bill for any unpaid fees. I called and the representative told me the final letter/bill was sent out yesterday. So you’re telling me that one day after the final bill was sent out, you’re going to call my business and threaten collections before I even had a chance to receive a bill? They could not even tell me what was due and how to pay, and I had to wait for this letter regardless. Grossly inappropriate. This company had my personal contact information but instead chose to call my business, threaten my employee and not even leave a contact number or name. This company needs some serious retraining. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. Be careful and ask lots of questions, as their sales representatives are not upfront about all of their fees. All major banks will be able to provide better service and rates. Do not use this company!
