I would never ordinarily consider leaving a review for a company like this, but where I was just approached to change companies, it gave me an opportunity to evaluate what I already had. I truly wish I had found Principle at the onset of my business. The service model can't be beat. The sales process was completely on the up and up. There have been no surprise "gotcha" fees yet (I conceded I've been with them for 6 months so it could happen, but not yet anyway) and there are no gimmicks / contracts with fine print / etc. My only criticism (and it's minor in the scheme of things) is that they can't work with my Clover Mini. From what I understand, they work with 90% of the hardware out there and the Clover falls into that 10%. I'd love to see that fixed, but otherwise, I'm really thrilled to be working with this company!
