This was by far the worst experience I have ever had getting a mortgage. Very unprofessional and amateurish. We were kept in the dark at all times about what was happening with the process unless we specifically asked for information. When we got any information at all, it was vague if anything. When we tried to garner information from further up the chain, we were admonished like school children. We were overqualified for the mortgage and everything was in place from our side. What should have been an easy and open process was a 7 month long nightmare. Avoid these people at all cost.
