Likely, the most unprofessional business experience I’ve ever had. I wish I’d done a background check on the owner, Josh Nowell, before we did business with them. I recommend doing these checks before entering contract with anyone, messed up this time. This guy had a dispute with my business partner and within a week abruptly cancelled our credit card service. When I called to rectify the situation, he began yelling at me on the phone. When I pointed out that he had breached a duel executed contract, he screamed at me stating I had no right to say that as he stated “it’s my company and my contract, don’t you tell me... blah, blah”. Well, when I reached out to my attorney, he said, let me guess the name of the company, and let me tell you who you dealt with(he was right on both accounts), also informed me that a contract belongs equally to both parties (maybe the reason he is in court often and has a seemingly tremendous loss record).Don’t take my word for it, do your own research.
