GREAT customer service. People in the office don't participate in drama and look immediately for the solution. They took care of my uncle who is a contractor and he's never been happier!

Honest, Helpful and Consistent. I have been through the ringer with processor lying and making promises they cannot deliver on. With Premier you get straight forward answers and explanations of how this stuff works and what you pay. Great customer service. Melissa is a joy every time I call with questions. The owner Josh is straight forward with customers and will break down your bill with you so you know whats going on. Rates never change. Highly recommend!!!

this going to be long I apologize but i want everyone to know not to deal with this company:i had an existant business with them for few years where I didn't pay for processing fee nor for equipment cost nor for a monthly fee, we had it set up where we charge the customer %4 then premier payment solutions take %3 to them and leave %1 to me, so i called them and asked them on the phone if they can do they same deal for my other business they said yes and josh nowell made appointment with me to meet Wednesday at 9am because it was on his way going to lapeer, i had so much on my plate i forgot about 9am but he made it late to my store at 9:42 am, so he called me i told him im so sorry i forgot but im on my way i was only 5 min away, he said he has to run to lapeer and stop back to my store on his way back so i told it's fine, i waited for him until 12:30pm, then we met, he said he can't give me %1 like my other store he can only give me %0.25 and he keeps %3.75, i told him I understand it's fine, then he said he wants to either charge me for the equipment or put monthly fee, i told him no I don't want to pay any fees i just wanted like my other store, then i told him i tell u what u can keep the whole %4 and waive the monthly fee, he said ok that will work for him, so i signed all papers and gave him all infos he needed then he left and i sent him a text with a picture of the check, then next day i texted him asking him how much time approximately it's going to take until i get the machine, he texted back said he is trying to figure out the fees that he's going to charge me, so i texted him back told him we already agreed yesterday if you're going to change your mind today and charge me fees then I don't want the machine, then called me upset and mad right away on the phone yelling at me, and by the way i stayed calm the whole time I didn't yell back i just repeated clearly to him if he can't keep what we agreed on yesterday then no deal, then he said he want me to pay him for his time that he met with me, i told him what about my time, he said he's time is more valuable than mine, i told him ok I'll call your boss and tell him about all this, he said I'm the boss I don't care what you do and I don't care who you call, so you see how lying he is in his response, it wasn't many appointments, it wasn't many attempts, it wasn't multiple visits, it was one visit and it wasn't specifically to my store it just was a stop on his way back from another appointment and it was clear quick deal because I'm familiar with everything through my other store. I'm just shocked how could a salesperson talk like that to his client that referred other clients to him and trying to sign up a second store with him.Then today he canceled the service for my other store that was already enrolled with him for years, he canceled on his own without any cancellation notice or form or signature from me, my partner called him to ask why he's resonse was :"I don't care i do whatever i want". Then now i found out that this guy Josh Nowell that claims that he’s the owner he’s been in jail and he’s a pediphile

Likely, the most unprofessional business experience I’ve ever had. I wish I’d done a background check on the owner, Josh Nowell, before we did business with them. I recommend doing these checks before entering contract with anyone, messed up this time. This guy had a dispute with my business partner and within a week abruptly cancelled our credit card service. When I called to rectify the situation, he began yelling at me on the phone. When I pointed out that he had breached a duel executed contract, he screamed at me stating I had no right to say that as he stated “it’s my company and my contract, don’t you tell me... blah, blah”. Well, when I reached out to my attorney, he said, let me guess the name of the company, and let me tell you who you dealt with(he was right on both accounts), also informed me that a contract belongs equally to both parties (maybe the reason he is in court often and has a seemingly tremendous loss record).Don’t take my word for it, do your own research.

If you want my business....best practice would say do not turn rude and hang up on a potential customer. For a "family business" you have definitely dropped the ball BIG TIME!

Very Rude when doing COLD calls - they called us to ask to set up a meeting and then hung up on me when I didn't answer that I could meet with them.

If you want someone's business, it is best to be polite. Unlike the guy that called from Premier Payment Solutions and became extremely rude when I would not give personal information of employees and their schedules and further harassed me for not giving it. Very unprofessional! !
