I was declined service because they simply just didn’t feel like working contacted corporate who never got back to me so I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau

I was driving to work and my car started smoking heavy and I lost all Acceleration. I was almost hit by another car trying to get out the fast lane from lost of speed so quickly. I pulled over and it was smoke and a small fire under my engine. The fire went out and smoke settled just to look under my car to see my oil filter wasn’t on and more oil shooting out. This all happened 20 hours after a oil change with precision tune auto care. I’ve been the 95 degree weather waiting for the tow truck they say they are sending. I can’t use my A/C because my car has no oil and I can’t crack it up. It has now been 4 hours plus waiting in the heat for a tow truck. I lost money from work today and I hope my car is not totaled from the oil situation. I feel like they don’t care. Smh

I could not be more disappointed with the service I have received on my carwith the Joneboro Rd location in Mcdonough, GA. I have been dealing with the same issue for my brakes and roters since April. They have not put quality parts on my car; therefore causing my brakes to squeal, they put new brakes and did not put on new roters (causing my car to vibrate during acceleration). The caliber on one of my tires came a loose wihile being driven because one of the mechanics left off the bolt to hold it in place, another mechanic stripped the bracket and they had to order a new one so the new bolts would fit. My brakes are still squealing and my husband and I are frustrated, aggravated, and scared to take it back even though almost $700.00 has been spent and my car still is repaired incorrectly. Each time we have taken my car back for the to correct their mess, there is a different mechanic because they keep leaving; as well as their front desk help. They brought another manager from anothet store to get this one in shape but it has not gotten better. I would have one mechanic to start on my car and another would finish but would not be there when we took it back due to it still not being repaired correcly and now having to have another auto repair center to look at my car. Disappointed in having to spend additional money for some other repair center to correct this problem. Oh, I almost fotgot to mention that they tightened the lug nuts so tight that you barely could get them off and one broke during the process. Please keep in mind that this was an ongoing process since April and our 4th visit for the same problem. Disappointed, Aggravated , and Unhappy.

6/6/2018-Your Precision tune on Broad St.Sumter SC provided a=oil change service about 30 min.after I left I get a call where they forgot to put my cover back on the bottom of my car.As of 6/8/2018 the cover is still there because I live in Columbia and I was on an appointment n Sumter that day.They employee shows no concern or no compensation.

I have taken my BMW to have oil changes to the location on Gray hwy Macon, Georgia before and usually costs me around 100 and today the area manager was at this location and charged me 165 for my oil change. He never gave me the cost until after it was complete. The freaking dealership costs around that much and that’s the reason I was coming to precision tune to save some money. I have multiple cars that I would have them service and do some repairs but that will no longer take place and I would tell everyone that’s the place to go because they are fair but definitely won’t recommend them anymore

Every time I go to pick my vehicle up it has more fails on it then when I dropped it off. I have a left it there 4 different times and each time I have more problems than when I started. I brought the truck in for a simple fuel leak and now I have replaced head gasket, engine covers, solenoids and an alternator. Every time I pick it up it is in worse shape than when I started. I spoke to Tony the regional manager and last time I pick the vehicle up it had a fail on it that he told me to drive 150 to 200 miles and it would go away. That was a lie. After 350 miles I took the truck back in and now they are trying to hold me responsible for repairs for something that they broke while it was in their possession. This is the third time they have done this to me. When I picked the truck up last time Tony assured me that no matter what, he would fix those problems and I would be not responsible to pay anymore. That was a total lie. I am going to the courthouse first thing tomorrow morning to take out a $5000 civil suit against this company

Damaged motor will not admit even liability....I returned several times being told something totally different costing more money before confirming with an independent shop....Called Corporate only able to leave a voicemail....That was over 2 weeks ago, still waiting for callback...Precision is horrible...

Date of service was 8/3/19 -Dayton Location- BAD ATTITUDE, CROOKS. Went in for an oil change, I had a groupon, keep in mind this is the FIRST time I've had anything done to my car since I bought it. For one they take it in for the oil change, during the oil change he let's me know they don't have the windshield wipers my car takes, they have to order them, and it's going to cost me extra...then all of a sudden he has my windshield blades, takes an additional 30 minutes for him to put it on, with a bad attitude mind you, last night I discovered my engine cover is GONE. I had to jump start my car last night and it's missing. Called Precision this morning, the manager thst was super rude to me during my oil change answered the phone, said he did remember me, and they wouldn't of taken off the engine cover and he's "not just gonna buy me a new one" funny, because it was there before I did the oil change. Horrible service and fuciing Crooks.
