Robert went out of his way to make sure that my engagement ring was perfect. My fiancé bought a temporary mount from them to propose to me, and told me that I could trade it in for credit to get the ring of my dreams. PMR not only traded the mount back at full value, but also personally searched for a jeweler to create my gorgeous new ring. Not once, but twice. When the first jeweler presented Robert with a ring that was slightly different from what I wanted but still beautiful, he sent it back and pursued another to make sure that it was exactly the right one. If I could give PMR 10 stars I would.
