Extremely disappointed in their customer service. My initial order was for thousands in POS equipment. One of the items did not work and it took multiple attempts (and a rep from the company who recommended them to me) for them to be willing to take it back, and even then that process took a long time and there was little communication. I placed another order anyway, which was fine. Third order and I made a mistake in an item I ordered - wrong size! We called them immediately to request an exchange - I was happy to pay shipping costs, etc. and we were flat out told NO. So now I'm out $100 and will be taking my future business elsewhere. Their service sucks.
