30days return policy sucks! It’s a trick with soft wear comapny. Soft wear company set up the date of Pos training a month after the lease signed with Pos portal, so when I opened the box and tried to figure out if Pos works or not, it was too late!! Now I couldn’t return anymore. The letters from printer is way too small. They don’t have other option. Don’t ever get this.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service. My initial order was for thousands in POS equipment. One of the items did not work and it took multiple attempts (and a rep from the company who recommended them to me) for them to be willing to take it back, and even then that process took a long time and there was little communication. I placed another order anyway, which was fine. Third order and I made a mistake in an item I ordered - wrong size! We called them immediately to request an exchange - I was happy to pay shipping costs, etc. and we were flat out told NO. So now I'm out $100 and will be taking my future business elsewhere. Their service sucks.

This is one of the worst companies. I ordered a mobile card reader from them. It didn't work. I sent it back. They said they will give me a refund. But they never did. I called a month later. They said they will look into it. Now 5 months have passed. There is no refund. My credit card company told me that the charge has passed dispute window. Total scam!

I had a fantastic experience working with a gentleman named Jessie Garcia in the tec department ment. He went out of his way to provide me the necessary information I needed in a way the made sense to me & genuinely seem to have my best interest in mind. Pricing on Data injection is very reasonable, purchasing a Verafone MX915 credit card machine.

Lame customer service. Been onhold for over 20 minutes and then it rolls to voicemail. If you are that busy, hire more customer service people.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. During 2015 when they had their EMV chip reader rush, they hired a bunch of people and to come and work for them. I was one of them. They talked about even having a third shift and even longer shifts to combat demand. Then in January of 2016, things slowed down. When they realized it was a mistake to hire to many people, they fired almost everyone including. When they fired me, their excuse was I used the bathroom too much and that was cutting back on productivity. It was an excuse on paper to cover their butts from being sued only. Mismanagement in this company is one of the worsts I've seen. Stay away from this company.
