if you are thinking about purchasing a pos nation stop and look somewhere lese.I purchased one in late aAugust 2018. The package came a few days later , 2 of the components were missing. They arrived 2 days later. we tried to set up , the printer didnt work. The people for training ( a third party) had no clue about the product . 5 days later i was not able to use the product i gave up and callede them to ask for a refund and a return . They didn't want a return , became very agressive . Finally i ended up sending it back , up to today i am not able to get a refund. I can not imagine such horrible customer care.
