Feedback:

Recently refinanced/got my new auto loans with this bank and have been making the payments(sometimes late, but always before the 30 days because the person I co-signed for got laid off and I was trying to make the payments myself). Long story short, I called to make a payment and was told my payment would post that day, I told them I was very worried about messing up my credit and the person assured me it would be fine. Here I am today, got a notice saying I’m delinquent and have been reported to credit bureau. Called to speak to someone, got Tonya(who never lets you finish a sentence) who’s very rude and basically said it is what it is, even though I was told what I was told. Had I known different I would have went on my lunch break and made the payment in person!! I am struggling to pay the bills and I paid it on time! But apparently it didn’t post until three days later......I’m done with this bank/credit union. All I know is my normal bank, lake trust, would never do this or treat me the way tonya did.

Been two weeks waiting on my atm/debit card! Not impreesed!!!This is 2018 should not take this long,very inconvenient. I will say staff is friendly . Online banking is a joke,password changes daily?

We had a great experience in obtaining our most recent loan with PFCU. One of my favorite parts was the ease of data collection. Since we had recent information on file with the bank, they were able to use it instead of having me duplicate the information. Nothing but issues since my original credit union ( in which I was with for 30 years) was merged with PFCU. Ridiculous fees and horrible service.

Lowell gals helped me understand the new lucy system and printed off directions on how to use it. Very helpful. Wish this had been put in the monthly bulletin. Happy again with PFCU.
