Client Review on Platinum Choice Bancard

Was not told about compliance monthly obligations. Was charged an annual fee even though we didn't use the service for a year, many technical issues and spent hours on the phone trying to get equipment to work. Not refunded another fee when they had my email address wrong, so I didn't get informed. This was based on me saying that MAYBE I would cancel my service! I hadn't even canceled yet! Also, had to go through a ridiculous process when we received a 5K credit card payment from a customer. Super disappointed and not worth the hassle.
