Client Review on Pioneer Bank Corporate Headquarters

After 35 years I called to request overdraft protection for my parents account during the sale of their home. It took Donna, the bank manager from the Ruidoso New Mexico branch 2 months to finally give me a response. First she told me she did not know how to open a line of credit and had to ask “Susan” for instructions. Then she blew me off day after day. Today was the first time after 2 months she could bring herself to return a phone call. My parents were loyal members for 35 years and this is the loyalist they got in return. I definitely do not recommend this bank, except 2 employees Shelly and Roxanne who have always been helpful and professional . Maybe they could train their boss.
