Just spoke to one of the most disrespectful employees (named Varnen) that broke compliance on multiple occasions and when a manager was asked for he refused to give his name and he purposefully rerouted the call to the Fraud department. Is that how customer service is handled at this bank? #PFFCU #BrokenContract #FailedCompliance
