Certainly agree ! My car was stolen out of henrico 3x and I was told I could hold off on my payments that were being directly deposited because I had to pay for rides etc. I essentially ended up losing my car bc I had lost my job because of all the madness . After 9 months of paying my auto loan faithfully with no issues, they weren't even decent enough to work out a payment plan with me so that I could keep my car. I'm from Florida so please imagine the great things I have to say about Richmond.
