I am a new member and my experience at Peoples Advantage FCU is outstanding, Jaime is a excellent agent rep, she really listened to me and provide the information I needed. First impressions to me is very important whenever I interact with others. The customer service and family atmosphere at the institution is what members need when dealing with financial matters. I will continue to be a member and refer others to this FCU. You are doing a great job so Stay on this path PAFCU !!!!!!

Awesome customer service and personal service. Treat you like family. Look forward to many years as a member. Have been with many banks where i have had horrible experiences. Came to People's Advantage and spoke with a knowledgeable lady with outstanding people skills and personality named Jessica who opened my account and went over my credit. She was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this credit union.

I have been a member since the Colonial Heights Branch was built. I have never, ever, been helped as much as they have helped me. I've never been spoken rude to, everyone is so helpful. Everybody is just willing to go above and beyond to help you out. I'm not talking about just to get a loan, they sit with you and help you go through what you need to. They are more of a family to me than just friend's. I will never leave Peoples Advantage Federal Credit Union. Thanks for all your help and support. Have a blessed day, y'all all deserve it.

Certainly agree ! My car was stolen out of henrico 3x and I was told I could hold off on my payments that were being directly deposited because I had to pay for rides etc. I essentially ended up losing my car bc I had lost my job because of all the madness . After 9 months of paying my auto loan faithfully with no issues, they weren't even decent enough to work out a payment plan with me so that I could keep my car. I'm from Florida so please imagine the great things I have to say about Richmond.

These people are the most inconsiderate people I have EVER dealt with. HORRIBLE customer service. They literally NEVER answer the phone - then want to penalize you for "not corresponding". I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE! THEY ARE FRAUDS! IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD ! THEY DONT DESERVE HALF OF A STAR!

The worst bank to EVER do business with! They provide their customers with incorrect information and they go into your account and move money without prior authorization! I can go on for days but I’ll just leave it short and simple! Don’t do business with these scandalous individuals!!! The one star is for Karen because she’s the only individual there that actually care about the customers
