Feedback:

all the sales agents are liar. they tell u they wont charge you extra money but all of the time they charge you extra money and when you call they will tell you that its mandatory govt charges which you have to pay.. If you want transparent charges please go to some other company don't invest your time which is more important with them. better be away with them.

I called this place trying to understand something and the guy was SO RUDE. I’m sorry i don’t know everything but I do know that’s not how you treat people especially when they call your place of work. Go get a new job if you don’t like yours.

Scam. Sales advisor straight up told me that there was a update coming in 2 weeks where they have integrated google reviews into the payment system. 2 weeks go by no update. i call poynt and they say they never heard of anything like that.... the sales advisor Rishi straight up lied to my face to get me to sign up with them. Im just disappointed at what lengths they go to. i had a feeling so good thing i didnt even use their terminal at all. i hope my review helps somebody else in the future from being scammed.

Worse customer service. I call so many times but no response. Even I close my account and cancel the service but they keep taking money every month from my account. Sales rep is big liar and scam. People working there have no clue what they are doing. BIG SCAM . DON'T TELL THE HIDDEN COST UNTIL YOU GET YOUR FIRST STATMENT.WORST COMPANY TO DO THE BUSINESS WITH SPECIALLY RICO.

This company is a scam. Called about a charge made they made on my account and they immediately asked for account and routing numbers. When I told them I would talk to my bank before giving out that information the rep got mad hung up the phone.

When calling in, I had to call no less than 11 times to finally get a hold of someone. Their phone system kept going to dead air and then hanging up after I had already been holding for several minutes each time. There is only the one contact number. When I finally did get through after about 45 minutes and asked if they had some issue going on with the phone system, the customer service person became flustered and retorted, "can I help you or not?!" I was like, "wooow.. I guess" and the rep became angry and hung up the phone. Obviously I definitely don't recommend this company with their broken phone system and broken representatives
