Payment wall will give you two options: give a reference number from the bank for the transaction, which they later claim isn’t valid, OR give your FULL legal name, entire 16 digit card number, AND card expiration date, just to locate the transaction they processed to refund you. A simple google search pulls up dozens of stories of people who did give this information and curiously were charged hundreds of dollars randomly around the country, and yet still no refund.

Made a purchase for $12.98, and got told it had to be converted to EUROS and got charged more than the actual price. Will be filing a case if it isn't resolved with a correct price on my card within a day or two.I would recommend staying away from them.

Wanted to make a simple purchase from a website. After verifying my purchase with my bank. Paymentwall also wanted verification including a copy of my ID and a receipt for the transaction that I was trying to make. After submitting some information, they asked for more including photographs of the credit card, etc. The entire process was way too complicated for a simple purchase. Their staff was very courteous in the email conversation I had with them. As a businessman, I would most likely not use them as I would end up with customers upset at the burdensome process of being verified. I understand that their processes are designed to minimize fraud, but there is a balance between security and ease of use by a customer.

This company is awful. If I could put zero stars I would. I've tried getting a payment issue resolved for three days now, people have been responding, but not to a single question I've asked. I've provided EXACTLY what they're website says I need to provide and they STILL won't unlock my account. I am never dealing with this company again and due to this I will never be buying anything from the game company that is using this company to process their transactions. Up until about a month ago I've never had a problem with this game and purchases, now, now there's just this sudden issue that they can but won't resolve because I have provided the correct information for the company, but not what the person is asking for.
