Feedback:

Initially, I had some difficulty being connected to the right department and person who could help me...numerous transfers back and forth between departments, a dropped call, wrong phone number, etc. But, once I was connected with Zach Blankshain in Payment Depot customer service, my problem was addressed professionally and expediently. It took several days to get together the information I needed for the VAR sheet to change point-of-service equipment in the hospital where my gift shop is located. I e-mailed the blank VAR sheet to Zach, he completed what he could and contacted people who could assist with fields he was unable to complete. He followed up with me continually until the situation was resolved. I appreciate his help and follow-through very much! The form was very confusing to me and I had no idea where to begin. Thankfully Zach took care of the problem and the equipment change is on schedule!
